​Deposit and Refund Policy

$25 non-refundable deposit to secure appointment time. 

 

24-hour notice for all appointment cancellations, or you will be charged 50% of your remaining balance and additional $20 to reschedule.

 

LATE POLICY
If you are 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and will require rescheduling. An additional $20 will be required to reschedule.
NO EXCEPTIONS.​

SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing, and 3-7 business days for your shipment to arrive via USPS Priority Mail. If an address changed is needed after the order has dispatched, it is the customers responsibility to contact the courier.  Once your order has been processed, Lé Chic Beauté Bar cannot alter your address. It will then be the customer's responsibility to contact the courier to change any incorrect details. Please ensure your address is correct before placing your order. If item(s) received are evidently damaged upon delivery, please email us immediately at info@lechicbeaute.com.
